Responsible play: deposit, session, cool-off, exclusion
The in-product controls listed below are the four a reader should set before sitting at any table. Each is enforced by the operator; each is reachable from the operator's settings page. Where a control fails to apply, the next step is the support route at contact.
Deposit limit
A deposit limit caps the total amount that can be added to the player wallet in a chosen window. The window is daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering the ceiling takes effect immediately; raising the ceiling has a cooling-off period set by the operator.
The control is enforced by the operator. If a deposit goes through after the limit is set, the next step is the support route at contact.
Session clock
The session clock is a hard stop of 30, 60 or 90 minutes. When the clock expires, the player is signed out and the table closes. The session clock is set by the player and is the most reliable single control on this list.
